The Library of Congress website offers a multitude of historical images, many with no known restrictions on use. This image is derived from the 1900 Keystone View Co. stereograph titled Mexican Bull Ring--Flaunting the scarlet. The Wikipedia page on bullfighting offers a great deal of relevant history and context.
