This was not a planned visit. It just happened because I saw a picture of this place at the Bishop chamber of commerce. That picture of (what I later found out were called) Tufa Towers was so good I decided to go there. It also helped that it was on my way from Bishop, CA to Lake Tahoe right off Rt. 395. I am so glad I went. This place was amazing!!!!
