This man has the right idea..

First of all, I apologize to my peeps here on Flickr, I haven't had the time to bring my camera around, and also haven't really figured out how to upload photos from my stupid/smart phone to the site. Yes. I'm a bit slow. Shddup.! o_O But that doesn't mean I was ignoring you. I also haven't had a day off since early December. I will make more time this year.

 

2012 was a tough pill to swallow. Many sacrifices, losses, compromises... While a few of us on the beach waited for the first Sun to come up on Newyears day, I looked back . What I did right, what I did wrong.. I began getting a bit blue.

 

Then there was this guy. Unlike the rest of us, he is out here, like any other morning, Surf fishing from the beach. Does he catch anything? No. maybe, sometimes. Does he quit? No. Does it matter whether it's unseasonably cold or raining, or drunk people are having sex on the beach?? Nope. Nothing changes his game. Is he happy? Oh hellyes! He has a smile on his face the entire time.

 

I guess what I learned from observing this man is that you may not get what you hope for in life, but for fuck sake, have fun and never give up until you do. Once you achieve it, Go GET SOME MORE! There are plenty of fish out there ;D
