Stethynium triclavatum
A female Stethynium triclavatum parasitoid wasp of the Mymaridae family found in birch in the garden. Additional pictures below. Note length of wing fimbria, and if you look closely at the clava it is possible to make out the sutures that divide it into three segments (difficult to photograph) - not to be confused with the sensiliae.
