Restored Crane on West Quay, Bridgwater

This crane has been restored and is beside the R Parrett in Bridgwater.

At one time, long ago, coal ship from South Wales tied up against this quay and I suppose this crane helped unload them.

 

Decided to leave the blue sign and the bedding store in to give verisimilitude to the image.( too difficult to clone out )
