After lifting the protective metal shield you will see this. Marked in red are the connectors that need to be [carefully!] disconnected, as well as the yellow marks which are the 6 screws that need to be removed before you can take the mainboard out... if you are simply replacing the stick of ram visible then you need not remove any of those connectors or screws!
The ram slot will take up to a 2GB stick of DDR2; I tried a 4GB stick, but its a no-go
