Scary things on doors . . .

It’s almost Halloween!

Candy in the stores!

The most I’ve ever seen!

 

It’s time to make a pick

On what treats I will give out.

Too much candy makes one sick.

Little toys are not standout.

 

Perhaps cute little packs,

Decorated with designs,

Containing healthy snacks

That are healthy for waistlines?

 

But to pay for all those goodies

I’d most likely need magic.

Better save my pennies

And, instead, give you a trick!
