2008-10-11 Ingalls Lake

Ingalls Lake is in the Teanaway Mountains in Washington State. These mountains are on the east side of the Cascades and are a lot drier than most mountain areas in Washington.

In addition to the lake, the hiker is treated to excellent views of Mount Stuart and, in the fall, larch trees.

Ingalls Lake is in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness and the Wenatchee National Forest.
