MIA

It's been bright to our attention that we kind of disappeared for a bit. It all started innocently enough. My husband gets the last two weeks of the year off so we've always used that time to decompress and reconnect. Then the new year came and our youngest child and I both got really sick. I ran out of my meds and my doctor wouldn't renew my prescriptions until I made an appointment with her, but I was having respiratory symptoms and with the covid spike in Texas, she couldn't see me. So I was sick, without my asthma medication, and couldn't see my doctor. At a loss for what to do, I went in for a covid test and took our youngest with me and had them tested as well. We were both negative. So, after several messages back and forth with my doctor, she finally agreed to see me. The doctor who ordered the covid test sent my asthma med prescription in to be refilled. So... all was good. Except, I forgot, new year new prescription coverage. And the insurance I've had for ten years no longer covered the asthma meds I've been taking for those ten years. On top of everything else, I'd completely forgotten about the other prescription that I was out of, my Prozac. And then youngest got sicker. Really sick. Fever of 104 sick. Tested them again and they were positive for covid this time. So, yeah, it's been a bumpy start to the year. I finally got in to see my doctor and she put me on other asthma meds so I can breathe again...yay...and I'm back on my Prozac so I'm feeling like me again. But then my pro account had expired and I couldn't add any more pics. Charlie bought me pro for another year, though, and so here I am. Whew.... that was alot to recap. But I'm here and healthy again. How are all of you doing? Oh, also, we are once again all negative in our house. So, yay to that!
