Scaling buildings and jumping roofs, Abe and I went as fast as we could to KGBeast's location. Reports from his police radio said all of Robin's group and the villains that were just at Wayne Enterprises had left the sight. The trail left from Dionaea was evident. Assuming that KG was hired to kill either Robin and his friends or the monster they were chasing, following the trail would lead us to him.
As we had reached a building but a few hundred feet from Wayne Enterprises, we were meet by the man whom we were searching for, the Beast incarnate. Standing upon one of the corners of the building, the assassin said with his thick Russian accent, "Ah, so that explosion wasn't enough to kill you two mudaks."
Walking closer to the man, I said, "This ends tonight."
"Looks like I'll have to take care of you two myself," He said as he pulled a gun from behind him.
I began to charge him as he aimed the gun towards me. Firing, his shot was knocked off course from me using my sword to push the gun out of the way. Raising the fist not holding the gun, he swung a punch at me which was evaded by a duck. Over my back, he shot Abe right in the chestplate.
"URIEL!"
