Shocking

After receiving a tingling sensation and thinking it was nerves or in my head, i decided to touch the metal bracket again (!?!). Upon receiving a shock and experiencing some pain in my left arm, i decided to crack out the tester and see if there was electricity. The light confirmed its presence.
