Personalized Birthday Cupcakes

These were for an order of birthday cupcakes for a 4th birthday at a bowling alley. The friend (mom) wanted something personalized (which was accomplished with the creative use of scrapbooking tools) and the girl wanted pink...but mom thought that the boys wouldn't really like that, so they got blue.
