Ra's took me to the police headquarters. There I saw the corruption and desolation that plagues Gotham. Masterminded by Ra's.
"You see, Freeze...the city is being consumed by its corruption. Perhaps what it needs now is a new sheet to write on...A chance to rise from the pits and rejuvenate itself."
I knew what he was referring to. But before I could do anything, a blinding light consumed the building and Ra's had disappeared in the glow. He was gone.
I know what to do now.
