Yep ... I know this is a Black-necked Stork, but when I photographed him 13 years ago, he was possibly still a Jabiru. His rival for the name lives in the Americas, from Mexico to Argentina. Seems they like to switch names in that corner of the world!
He used to visit a little mangrove creek close to my Townsville home.
