Reflection of seasons past... . (55-300mm lens)

As I think back to the day I took this photo, I remember it was such a stunningly beautiful morning. The sun was just rising over the mountain and the rain from the night before was now only droplets on the twigs. I was just playing around. Who could capture anything with a 55-300 lens? At least anything of quality.

For those of you who have read anything about my impression of my work, you will know that I am extremely critical. I don't consider myself a photographer, because I'm not. And, as for the post processing, I can never obtain the quality of work I wish for.

So, as I look back at this photo, I remember almost not posting it. It was silly, and imperfect....I thought. But, as you can see, I did post it, with the idea that if my friends who are all incredible photographers didn't like it, I would quickly remove it.

So, to all my wonderful, talented friends, I would like to thank you for your kind comments and giving me a bit of peace about my work. "You all" are amazing!
