Nikon F5 Camera
Now for something different.. newly developed C41 film from last night's processing :)
A shoot with Tegan in the UK a few months ago.. the wellies were not part of her styling/ vision but I like to mix it up a bit so I said don't bother with the pretty heels she brought
I really enjoyed this shoot, not only to catchup with Tegan but for a completely different to usual shooting experience. I obviously shoot with Leica rangefinder cameras a lot, hence the MrLeica.com but it was great to see the world differently using an SLR and a long lens. Both types of cameras give completely different shooting experiences and both have their pros and cons. That's why I enjoy variety with the cameras I use, to keep it fresh and interesting.
I enjoy B&W photography as you probably have noticed but I just love colour film when it works.. I would argue that a great colour image can beat a great B&W photo as it adds more mood from the tones I think, the warm tones vs. cool tones.. less so in this image..
Nikon F5 SLR + Nikkor 180mm F2.8 AFD lens + 35mm Kodak Portra 400 film
Home developed C41 with a Tetenal C41 kit, Epson V800 scan - mrleica.com/2016/11/04/c41-colour-film-developing/
