Torture Tues: Gorgeous morning for a Park Day despite the 90's heat...we hung out in the shade and got lots of 'Fresh Air and Sunshine' hahahah!! Curb Step N Sculpt, Agility with Cones/Curb, Plyometrics over our mats, Isometric Arms, Paddles, Crunches, Planks, Burpees...Check Check Check...we did it all! The leaves are transitioning into Fall Colors, but this weather is screaming SUMMER!! Great job Skinny S, Aloha S, Nica P, Ripped L, Cat W, Welcome Back Killer Arda, Terminator, NGCLee and Ellie-Girl!! Great to see GREATa who stopped to visit with Harvey The Platypus!!
