A group of tourists from Brazil,

dressed in red, were walking past.

 

Following the incidents in Manchester, London, and Paris,

near the NYPD sign at left were a half-dozen, heavily-armed, police wearing uniforms marked "Anti-Terrorist." They did not look like they wanted anyone to take their photo.
