Pitching up during a Sunday afternoon at Savannah's Hilton International Airport in Georgia, amongst all the Biz-Jets I unexpectedly found a brace of US Marine Corps Hornet fighters sitting on the General Aviation ramp but with the GA ANG ramp devoid of anything bar a visitor -

With what looks like an AN/AAQ-28 LITENING II pod on her centre-line hard-point, two-seat F/A-18D 'ED-15' from VMFA(AW)-533 'Hawks' awaits her crew whilst her single seat companion 'MA-05' from VMFA-112 sits just out of shot
