Inter-Galactic Command Base Underview

Overview of the front of the building. The right half, the "Command Base" part, is modified to be as sealed as I could get it without changing the original overall look of the building. The left, where rockets start out before being launched, seemed more like an open-air 'hangar', so I left that almost as it was.
