Krishna Menon Trophy, Father Theodosius Trophy, Gandhi Peace Foundation Awards and University Arts Festival Prizes.

 

Publications : Articles on philosophy, cul ture, religion, history and politics in periodicals, booklets on various subjects, translation of a book on the Prophet(s) translation of two books on Allama Iqbal, a book on comparing Kant and Iqbal and two books on (i) Sikh Religion and (ii) the History of the Middle-East; was the

 

sub-editor of Chandrika Daily and MES Journal.

 

Special interest : (i) Promotion of communal harmony, national integration and universal humanism, (ii) dialogue between religions, Sufi and Bhakti movement and (iii) the thoughts of Hazrat Mujaddid Alf-e-Thani, Allama Iqbal and Mahatma Gandhi.

 

Favourite pastime and recreation : Reading and teaching (especially Philosophy and History) and writing on them.
