(red)uced to rust...
I spy with my "red" little eye...so I'm zipping down the road (specifically Shyville Road, which on the north end connects Pike Hill to 32); anyway, out of the corner of my eye, I see something red; lo and behold, it just happens to be in the back yard of my principal, Mr. Bloomfield, who is a car aficionado. With this glimpse, I assume that it's a volkswagon, because he literally COLLECTS volkswagons...new ones, old ones, dilapidated ones :) So one morning at school, I ask him about the red vehicle I've spotted. It turns out that there are two red vehicles back there...this one, which is a 1958 Lloyd (a German engineered vehicle built for just a brief amount of time--it has a WOODEN frame!!). Mr. B. is hoping to work on Lloydie (as I've named him) and restore him somewhat. For now though, he happily rests...reducing to rust...but with grand hopes of restoration :)
