Interesting to see these depictions of Breton musicians on an old road sign. The figure on the left appears to be playing what's known as biniou kozh or le petit biniou, the traditional small bagpipe of Brittany - closer in size to Northumbrian smallpipes than the Scottish Great Highland bagpipe.
