For the 10th year of business in Chesapeake City, Anita, director of the Generation Station, a program to get kids minds on school and a positive outlook on life, has a busy job of redirecting 30 kids as she talks with Talia, a middle school student in town.
"They have 45 minutes to do homework and then 45 minutes of free time," Anita said of the kids assignment after they sign in.
