Providing the pulling power for transporting Jack Schofield's "Ashley's Golden Gallopers" steam driven fairground ride is this 1977 Scammell Crusader which also carries a Garder powered generator set providing the electricity for the lighting on the galloper ride.
It was interesting to see the Daimler radiator on the nearside engine and the registration plate KWT 600 which originated on a 1952 Daimler CVD6, new to Rossie Motors of Rossington, Doncaster.
