The one-story, concrete block commercial structure was probably built around 1940. The faded Sealtest ice cream wall advertisement was on the east facade. The Sealtest brand was introduced in 1935. By the 1950s and early 1960s, Sealtest was a top seller in its markets. The building is located in the Bluffton Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a contributing property.
