Just when you think winter's over, mother nature throws us another round of snow. Nine inches fell in the Twin Cities increasing out total to 89.7" for the year. This is now the 3rd snowiest winter on record, nearly double what we normal receive. While the mainline trains were mostly dead, CP was able to get the MNS local out to deliver cars to PGR.
