This picture nicely sums up two things that Korea seems to obsess over: cell phone technology and plastic surgery. Ads for plastic surgery, like this one, litter the walls of trains and subway stations in Seoul. Plastic surgery is insanely popular here. One of the more popular surgeries is the "double eyelid" look. The double eyelid is something that many Korean women seem to desire, and it is not uncommon to see school aged girls get this surgery long before their bodies have stopped developing. But plastic surgery isn't limited just to women, it's also very popular with men as well. Whether it's a tummy tuck or an eyelid enhancer, a nosejob or a boobjob, in Korea there's a plastic surgery for everyone!
