I have been ill in bed for about 9 days now with the flu and all my ideas revolved around beind outside and on location and that wasnt possible for me being a recluse all week and i posted late as i thought i would be better by now but ahoy! Im not!
But i didnt want to use that as an excuse not to submit, it is a weekly picture project afterall.
So I did my research and realised I have a piece of ethnic body art on me.
The sakura (cherry blossom) is a part of Japanese culture and is very ethnic meaning; beauty, nature, love and affection.
The Japanese celebrate the beauty of cherry blossoms every year.
It was hard to shoot as my tripod has broken and the tattoo is on the back
of my neck! This was the best i could do with what i had.
But atleast i got something submitted even if it is a rather late one.
