Comparison of CAD design and Final work set design model
This image shows the final product model next to the rendered CAD model. To make the final product model I used, foam board, hot glue, a 3D printer and cocktail sticks. I then painted it, using the two photos as a reference point for colour scheme, adding further details to the model that relate to the play and time setting that I chose. For example I wanted to reflect a 'War Room' from the 1940's by using dark oak colours, as well as emerald green which was typical of the 1940's fashion. This was contrasted with the Ancient Greek pillars that were holding up this war room, and a tomb like cave which is reference to Antigone's fate in the play.
