When the Colors Pop!

Every show I've done, someone will ask: "Are those colors real? Smith Rock just looks dusty to me." Yes, they are real! When the light and sky cover strike the rocks in the winter, spring and late autumn afternoon, the colors come out. Formed from welded tuff, the rocks are encrusted with many colorful minerals.
