"How's about a snack"
I encountered resident cat Buddy for the first time in weeks while at Wright-Locke Farm yesterday. He was waiting for me while I tended to the chickens. He led me back to a favorite spot, the loading dock, where he rolled around. He then led me to his lair inside the Squash House. He wanted pats and a snack. I gave him a little kibble, and patted him while he ate. Many cats enjoy pat while eating, as it reminds them of when their mom would groom them while nursing.
