The top five are Kenya and Philippines , The top 11 are Belgium , Brazil , China , South Korea , Mongolia and USA . The top 20 are Australia , Cook Islands , France , Ghana , Hungary , India , Japan , Slovakia and Thailand . As usual from quarter finalist to semifinalist need to be more clear. I like the public speaking of the top 11. Philippines can be go further. Here is my score:
