Chapelle de La Valette à Salvizinet

Typical of the early Romanesque in the region of Forez (Auvergne, central France), this chapel dedicated to the Holy Cross depended from the Benedictine priory of Salt-en-Donzy. Pilgrims could stay there for as long as three days, and were given food for one day upon their departure.
