It feels a little bit like autumn so I have been in my garden & away from social media the past few days, cleaning and tidying down my bell tent & ripping out overgrown blackberry brambles, and still managing to fit in workouts. I'm struggling to get my arms above my head like this right now because I think I've pulled every muscle I have, but feel so good for finally being able to get outside and not get blown / washed away in back-to-back storms & floods.
