GI Joe by the States: Ripcord, OH

I was rather surprised to see how few Joes were from Ohio. Ripcord here is listed as being from Columbus. Ripcord is a cool figure. He has nice accessories and colors, yet he feels a little bland. Still, he's a classic figure, though arguably not as memorable as some of the other character from 1984.
