DECORATION (INCLUDING MOTIF AND ELEMENTS WHEN APPARENT): The vessel body has a series of six engraved horizontal meandering scrolls rather than concentric arcs, the latter characteristic of Bailey Engraved bottles. Four of these scrolls have a single row of engraved punctations that run down the center of the narrow scrolls; the other scrolls are open (Figure A1.97). There are four upper and lower curvilinear to triangular zones on the vessel body, and these zones are filled with circular-shaped engraved punctations, as noted on some Bailey Engraved bottles (Suhm and Jelks 1962:Plate 3f).
