J Black-Gold new variant
Some while back, I was able to identify 4 variants of the Yashica J rangefinder, two of which were of the gold letter J on a black panel (the other two being a black J on a white panel). Today I received the J at the front of this image which shows a fifth variation - YASHICA being printed in white instead of the more usual gold. The version with the Yashica label being white on black has a much lower serial number than the gold on black one; also note the different shutter button and sculpting around the rewind crank of the later model.
