NdeM Baldwin AS 616 at the Mexico City rail yards

The 6811 is a model AS616 manufactured by Baldwin in April of 1954. Initially, I thought this might have been a former SP unit that NdeM had retrofitted with ALCo trucks but it's not - SP's last order of Baldwin road switchers was filled in 1952. This unit was built for NdeM and it was busy switching the extensive rail yards in Mexico City as seen from the vestibule of the departing night train to Oaxaca from Mexico City. The switch crew looks like they're taking a dinner break. And these are not ALCo trucks - see the note below from Bryan Jones.
