9) Wilson Vincenzo Fiseppe - King Baby.
Wilson was a Big Boned Boy from Birth. At Age of 3 he would've been the size and weight of a fully grown 8 year old, but his face still retains the features of an Infant. Obviously a target of bullying due to his obesed size - which would also reflect on how foster parents would view him when comming to not adopting him.
Willson however grew fond over a wooden chess set that always sat in the corner of the room. He always wanted to play with someone but never found anyone of any intelect to match with. Until the previous King Pin of Crime walked into the orphanage. Roman Thūmpson.
Roman was at the Orphanage that day to launder Money under NGPD enforcers - when he spotted a slumped Wilson in the corner of a fully setted up chess set.
