California poppies (extremely edited)

Shot photo as square. First used Adobe photoshop beta wallpaper 14 effect. Then used contrast punch effect. Then went into the normal oil painting screen, but chose the difference effect at 95%. Then used the summer effect. ( I normally use contrast punch again, but the result was way too intense...beyond bright!!) Finished with a fine lime green border.
