Last Rose of Summer
Just like fashion, people's taste is forever changing. Quite natural, the Scots' preference for roses is changing fast and there are less and less roses around. I actually spoke to a gardener there who told me that he "doesn't like roses" and I believe he meant roses as a whole. I didn't ask him why. But, he planted a lot of dahlia instead. Koreans on the contrary, are still mad about roses. As for this rose, it was found not from any garden around but just on the roadside being neglected, and the sky was darkening...
