I feel like the shadows on her face add a lot of interest and it makes you look at her face. I waited for a couple of hours for the sun to be in the right place to create these shadows. I draped a sheet behind her to keep the background of the image clean, so it doesn't take away from the image. First, I changed the picture to black and white and then i played around with the shadows and brightness as long with the contrast. I like how I captured the shadows on her face, but I don't like how warm the image is. I wish i had made it cooler.
