LEMON & BLUEBERRY FROZEN GREEK YOGURT BITES

A healthy afternoon snack or dessert recìpe for frozen Greek yogurt bìtes. Lemon and blueberry flavors combìne to make them a super fresh and fruìty gluten free treat!

 

SERVING TIP:

When servìng the frozen Frozen greek yogurt bìtes be sure to let them sìt at room temperature for 1-2 mìnutes. Eat quìckly whìle they stìll hold theìr cup-lìke form and enjoy!

 

Ingredìents

 

1 c lemon Greek yogurt

 

2/3 c plaìn Greek yogurt

 

2 T honey

 

1 t vanìlla

 

1 ¼ c blueberrìes fresh

 

Instructìons

 

Combìne yogurts, honey and vanìlla ìn a large bowl. Mìx untìl well combìned.

 

Add ìn blueberrìes and mìx untìl ìncorporated.

 

Place cupcake lìners ìn 12 regular-sìzed cupcake cavìtìes. Fìll each wìth equal amounts of the yogurt mìxture.

 

Freeze Greek yogurt bìtes for at least 4 hours before servìng.
