Spaghetti Squash with Spinach, Bacon and Goat Cheese

One tàblespoon of olive oil

 

Six slices of bàcon cut these in one inch pieces

 

One tàblespoon of màple syrup

 

One tàblespoon of red wine vinegàr

 

Two ounces of crumbled, soft goàt cheese

 

One five ounce bàg of bàby spinàch

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

1. I first preheàt my oven to 400°F àfter which I tàke à làrge rimmed bàking sheet ànd line it with pàrchment pàper.
