I emphasize the interactions between the figures in this painting. Originally inspired by a photograph of a protest in Saudi Arabia, I try to show the violence in the painting via different colors. I concentrate less on detail but more on the body language. In the future, I plan to use more photographs of current issues and events to communicate the cultural and political shifts of my country.
