This was the bus I caught to Loughborough earlier. The driver forget the left turn and carried onto Melton Road, realised the mistake he made, and slammed the brakes.
Then we were stationary for a while, assuming this was the driver confessing his mistake. We followed the road down and used Checketts Road to divert. A lot of people were giving the bus weird looks. Could have been worse. I remember seeing a 51 on the A46 near Beaumont Leys, and 4709 broke down at that junction. Arriva as a whole company go nowhere near Beaumont Leys or Anstey.
