Harmonic Points

This is a random harmonic distribution of points in the plane by means of the Harmonic deformation of the Delaunay triangulation of a Poisson Point Process. The Delaunay triangulation is a way to decide which points are neighbors and which are not: three points are neighbors if the circle that they determine do not contain any other point. A Poisson Point Process is standard way to spread points in the plane. The Harmonic deformation is a procedure to "harmonize" them.
