Have you watched the Lion King yet? It was one of my favorite movies growing up, and it makes me so glad to be able to catch it again with my own child!

 

When I watched the 1994 version, I was a huge fan of Simba – the kid version. I wasn’t too keen to have him grow up into a great big lion with a mane and everything. I guess that’s how I feel about my own cub now!!

 

Anyway, since it’s Lion King fever everywhere and we have World Lion Day coming up on 10th August, I think it’s the perfect time for some lion themed projects. And that’s why we’ve gathered these cute and easy lion crafts for kids – perfect to celebrate The Lion King or any other lion you love!
