Frogmore?

It might not be Frogmore as I tried to go back to check but couldn't. The slurl I had for Frogmore from the Madpea hunt before didn't work so I don't know if it has closed off or changed to just residents. So I haven't posted the location slurl like I usually do.

I visited here last June in 2023 so don't have any of the info on it. That's me under the lighthouse. Waves.

I just tried to go there but it said parcel not found. I did a place search and found it with 888 traffic but that link didn't work either. So I don't know. Maybe it's become group only? It might have been on the Madpea hunt last summer. It's too bad I can not go back. It's a really gorgeous place.

I take a ton of pics, most of which never make it to Flickr. But I realize the ones that do make it here are like my memory keepers. I usually put in the slurl and other info. I think the act of documenting a place helps me to remember it.

I used to take pics in Snapzilla because it automatically added the slurl. It was my snapshot site where Flickr tended to be my more planned photos. But Snapzilla disappeared and so did tons of pics.A lot of the pics I also took to my hard drive but what I lost was the date and the slurl. I think the owner, Chris, of the site got sick or something so it couldn't be helped. I think what I need is a good way to preserve the locations

Flickr isn't a good place for snapshots really because they keep making new rules and restrictions. I looked over my photostream and it looks like some photos have disappeared. Bugs me.

I'll have to look to see what's a good way to document my journeys so I can go back to places ... well go back if the places still exist. SL is wonderful with so many wonderful places but they can be ephemeral. Here today, gone tomorrow. You have to see them while you can.
